ermm...harinie takde nk share gambor resepi pong...nak share gambor kawin..hikhikhik..
kita nk citer pasal cousin kita yang kahwin baru nie..alhamdulillah....kahwin jugakkk...
[akad nikah 20 Jun dan kenduri kendara pada 26 Jun di pihak pengantin perempuan..27 Jun plak kenduri di pihak lelaki] 2 hari berturut-turut saya sibuk..bukan sibuk nak angkat hidang ker..nk jamu tetamu ker..
tapi sibuk lain..wakakaka..maklumlah..bukan selalu nk berkumpul kan..kan..kan..
apa pun tahniah buat Dhila dan Fariz..semoga kalian berbahagia hingga ke akhir hayat..amin..

strawberry cheese cake!

ermmmm.....
teringin nyerr nk rasa cheese cake strawberry nie..
so pada minggu lepas..sebelum balik kampung..
sempat laa jugak buat sebijik..then half tu dah kasik kat kindy yusra..
ada party konon!hehehe...

BLUEBERRY CHEESE CAKE
Ingredients:-
Base/
110 gm butter,melted
200 gm digestive biscuits,finely crushed
2 tbsp brown sugar,firmly packed
50 gm almond flakes,toasted
Filling/
500 gm cream cheese,diced
30 gm butter
120 gm castor sugar
lemon zest - grated from 1 lemon
lemon juice - from 1 lemon,strained
30 gm cornflour,sifted
300 ml whipping cream
4 eggs,lightly beaten
150 gm blueberry pie filling
Topping/
1 tsp powdered gelatine
30 ml water
150 gm blueberry pie filling
100 gm whipping cream
Method:-
1. Prepare biscuit base.
2. Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.Add sugar,lemon zest and juice,and cornflour.Beat until smooth.Add cream and blend until mixture thickens.Slowly pour in eggs and mix until just combined.
3. Pour half the filling on biscuit base.Carefully spread blueberry pie filling on filling.Pour remaining filling into cake pan.
4. Place cake pan in water bath.Bake for 1 hour or until filling is set arund the edge but slightly soft in the centre.
5. Turn oven off.Leave the cake in oven for 30 minutes with the door closed.Remove water bath from oven.Leave cake to cool completely in oven with the door ajar.
6. Cover cake pan.Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Topping:-
1. Sprinkle gelatine on water.Leave for 5 minutes.Stir over low heat until mixture is clear.Stir in blueberry pie filling.Remove cheese cake from pan.Top with mixture.
2. Whip cream until firm peaks form.Pipe on cake.Chill before serving.
note:-
> saya guna totally strawberry pie filling.
> saya add 1 tsp blueberry emulco [shud be strawberry..tapi case takde..bedal je lah]
> base saya guna resepi lain..better ikut resepi asal..mungkin sedap sebab ada masuk almond flakes..
